We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $249.00 or more (before tax).

- EXCESSIVE WEIGHT: Free shipping does not apply to heavy-weight items such as heat presses, printers, cases of mugs, etc. See Excess Weight Shipping Chart below.
- REMOTE ADDRESSES: A surcharge will apply to deliveries to remote/or addresses that are not easily reached by couriers. Transfer Paper Canada reserves the right to use at their discretion.
- CERAMICS: Mugs etc. may ship, however Transfer Paper Canada will not be held liable for any damaged products.
Flat Rate Shipping - Canada (before tax):
Orders between: $0.00 - $149.99 = $14.95 flat rate ground shipping
Orders between: $150.00 - $248.99 = $13.50 flat rate ground shipping
Orders of: $249.00 or higher = *Free shipping. See below for details.

Shipping - Paid
*Orders less than $248.99 (before tax) will be charged flat rate shipping. Shipping fees on all large or heavy weight items such as heat presses, printers, cutters, stands, bundles and other large/heavy items is calculated offline once your order is received and the entire order can be weighed against the postal code provided. Once the full shipping cost is determined, we will contact you before releasing your order for shipping. Your order will not be released until fees are paid. Note: Our shopping cart may indicate free shipping on your heavy weight order over $249.00, however, free shipping will not apply.
Shipping - Pickup
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes! We currently offer a pickup option from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse. Once your order is ready, we will advise you by Email of the pickup address and your pick-up time. Please allow 3 hours in order to process and assemble your order (M-F). Note: We do not have a storefront for in person shopping.
There is a $6.00 processing fee for this service. Please note that orders over $249.00 are free of shipping and handling fees.
Courier Method - Canada
Depending on your shipping location, standard ground shipments will be sent via Canpar ground (1-4 business days). Transfer Paper Canada reserves the right to use Canada Post when shipping to certain remote areas. Sample kits are mailed via Canada Post regular mail and do not carry a delivery fee. Courier Method - Need it faster?
Our website will use ground shipping by default. If you require your order faster, please contact us prior to placing your online order.
Delivery to Apartment / Condominium Buildings
For apartment/condo shipping addresses, Transfer Paper Canada is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct unit, but not signed for by you. That is why we recommend not shipping to apartment residences as the courier services may not buzz your unit, instead, leaving the parcel with anyone who may sign for it. We highly recommend finding an alternate shipping address that is not a residential apartment where a trustworthy individual may sign for your parcel. A signature is required for all deliveries (residential and commercial).
Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)
With the exception of our sample kits which are mailed via Canada Post, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as a signature is required by the Canpar delivery driver. Please use a physical street address where a reliable individual will be present to sign for your parcel. Returned to sender goods as a result of using the above is not the responsibility of Transfer Paper Canada.
Shipping Large/Heavy Items
Our free shipping offer does not apply heavy or large items such as heat presses, printers, bundles, storage racks and large accessories. You will be charged a base shipping fee at checkout. Once your order is received and weighed we will contact you with the additional shipping required (if applicable) before completing your order. Orders are shipped via ground courier from Mississauga, ON Canada.★
Returns - Canada
We guarantee your satisfaction on every purchase from TransferPaperCanada.com with our 100% exchange or store credit performance guarantee within 10 days from date of original purchase. Sorry, no refunds. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Refund or store credit is based on remaining unused product. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping material back to us prior to new product exchange. Returned goods must be shipped back in protective packaging and in good condition. Lost returns due to the customer's courier method used is not the responsibility of TPC.
Defective Merchandise - Canada
To request an exchange or store credit for defective merchandise, please contact us within 14 days from the date of original purchase. We will then issue you Return Authorization # and return mailing address and instructions. We will arrange for courier pick-up. Please provide your Name; Order Number; Date of Purchase; Product that is defective; Qty to return and reason for return. All defective merchandise requires return to us prior to exchange or credit. Lost returns due to the customer's courier method used is not the responsibility of TPC.
