Placing an Order
We offer two ways to place your order with Transfer Paper Canada:
1) ONLINE: This is the preferred method of ordering, By ordering online, your order goes immediately to our processing department assuring you of prompt delivery. All credit information is secure and not known to us. Order at www.transferpapercanada.com

2) EMAIL: Send us an Email to; info@transferpapercanada.com. Indicate the items you wish to purchase and all other pertinent detail.
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, you may choose the shipping method labeled: "Pickup from Warehouse" option at checkout. There is an $6.00 processing fee that will apply to all pick-up orders and is collected online when placing your order. As we do not have a storefront, the pickup option is by appointment only (no drop-ins). We will contact you with pickup location and time options once your order is placed and ready. Note: We do not have a storefront for in person shopping.
Do you have a store or showroom?
No, we are an office and warehouse facility. From time to time we have various machines on display. Please consult us beforehand.
All pricing on our website is in Canadian dollars (CAD$).
Taxes
The following tax rates will be charged to your order based on your shipping address:

Payment
Visa, MasterCard and Amex:
Orders are accepted securely online using our regular online checkout method.
Your credit card statement will be billed from "Spaark Ltd".
PayPal:
Orders are accepted securely online by choosing the PayPal button when viewing your cart or step 4 of the checkout process.
To use PayPal, you may use your existing PayPal account, or create a new account.
Or, you may use your Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit card using the PayPal checkout gateway.
Your PayPal statement will be billed from "Spaark Ltd". PayPal does not charge service fees and is free to use.
Apple Pay for Mobile:
Orders are accepted securely using your existing Apple Pay account when using a mobile device.
Choose the black Apple Pay button when viewing your cart. Apple Pay is not available or visible when when using a desktop computer and is only visible when viewing the shopping cart (not at checkout).
e-Transfer and Wireless Transfer:
Machine orders (such as heat presses) may be processed by telephone and payment accepted securely by Email Money Transfer (e-Transfer using INTERAC services) or bank wire transfer, details will be provided. Please Note: This option does not apply to consumables such as paper and vinyl.
Please call 1-877-565-7560 (M-F 8am-5pm EST). We will calculate your order to include applicable tax and shipping.
Leasing:
We offer a convenient leasing payment option to allow our customers to own the equipment or bundles that will work best for their business. Please complete a leasing application here.

Email Confirmation
When you submit an online order, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order. Once the order has been processed you will be notified of the tracking information, this information is sent to the email address that you used when placing the order. If you created an account and signed-in before placing your order, you may login to your account to view statements and reprint receipts.
Inventory
We endeavour to have all products in stock with exception of special order items or specialty heat press equipment. From time to time our website may indicate an item is available when we are out of stock. In most situations such as this, we will bring in your item within 3 – 5 business days and ship to you immediately.
Discounts
We offer large quantity discounts on our transfer paper on this site. To qualify for the discount structure, you must purchase the same paper in the following quantities. Your discount will be deducted from your shopping cart automatically. The below is an example and quantities may vary depending on the product. Please see the individual product for the specific discount structure chart.
